The current pandemic situation with COVID-19 is ever-changing. The health and safety of our customers and employees are of paramount importance during this critical time. We are actively monitoring all developments related to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) issue and taking the necessary actions to ensure we continue to meet your business needs in a timely and safe manner.

Print Outsourcing Support

DMM remains operational at our innovation centers both in Scarborough and in North Wales as essential to the support of Critical Infrastructure Sectors. We are providing additional assistance to our customers to support their print and mail communication output efforts during this time.  DMM’s operational support includes:

·     Document, design, and data hygiene

·     Print and mail output communications

·     MICR check, cut sheet and continuous print

·     Multi-facility load balancing

·     Logistics support and delivery

·     24-7 generator back-up

Aligned with the recommendations of health officials and to help prevent further spread of the virus, we have encouraged teleworking for DMM office employees who work at our facilities and are able to perform their jobs from home while continuing to serve you, our customers, and support our operations. We have a business continuity program in place for our Order Management and Customer Service teams and they are fully equipped to support you.

Customer Service Support

All DMM employees – whether they meet face-to-face with customers or are office- and warehouse-based – have been well-instructed and educated on practicing personal hygiene recommendations in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization guidelines. This includes topics like social distancing and basic hygiene practices that can keep employees safe in a variety of environments. Supply Chain Update

We are in daily communication with our suppliers to ensure that our existing customers will receive the highest priority. While we partner with the most reliable and trusted brands, our job is to find the best source of supply available to meet your needs. We anticipate minimal impact as the majority of suppliers are considered essential to the distribution of operations under the new guidelines.
