DMM June 2020 Business Update

During this time of transition as we address new ways to manage living with COVID-19, we at DMM continue to take the steps necessary to serve you and maintain the health and safety of our staff and work environment as we move forward.  We are in alignment with the CDC guidelines and maintain secure and safe facilities.  In addition, we have re-designed, and are strengthening our IT processes.  We are also partnering with the USPS to improve delivery methods and reduce costs; and we will continue to take the measures necessary to meet your business needs in a timely, safe and efficient manner.

Operational Support

As a critical infrastructure supplier,  DMM remains operational at its innovation centers both in Scarborough, Maine and North Wales, Pennsylvania. We are providing additional assistance to our customers to support their print and mail communication output efforts during this time.

Aligned with the recommendations of health officials and to help prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have encouraged teleworking for DMM office employees who work at our facilities and are able to perform their jobs from home while continuing to serve you, our customers, and support our operations. We have a business continuity program in place for our Order Management and Customer Service teams and they are fully equipped to support you.

Customer Service Support

All DMM employees — whether they meet face-to-face with customers or are office-and warehouse-based — have been well-instructed and educated on practicing personal hygiene recommendations in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. This includes topics like social distancing and basic hygiene practices that can keep employees safe in a variety of environments. Supply Chain Update

We are in daily communication with our suppliers to ensure that our existing customers will receive the highest priority. While we partner with the most reliable and trusted brands, our job is to find the best source of supply available to meet your needs. We have had very little impact as the majority of suppliers are considered essential to the distribution of operations.
